Biobased Plasticizer CL-BP21
CL-BP21 is a benzene-free plasticizer which could pass the REACH and ROHS regulations. The bio-based carbon rate of CL-BP21 is over 80%. It’s a degradable and environment-friendly plasticizer with excellent compatibility with PVC.
CL-BP21 is colorless oily liquid at room temperature. It has good performance in PVC industry with high plasticizing efficiency, low migration, and low plasticizing temperature. It endows the end products with excellent physical and mechanical properties, good thermal stablility, weather resistance, could resistance and ow temperature flexibility.
Performance: Compared to DOA, at room temperature and low temperatures, products produced with CL-BP21 are softer at the same dosage.
Mechanical properties: It outperforms DOA and offering a high comprehensive cost-performance ratio.
Application: It can be used in various plastic films, wires, cables, granulation, etc., as well as in a range of PVC products such as gas pipes and rubber strips.
